Athletic Requirements
All students planning to participate in athletics during the 2023-24 school year must complete the Athletic Clearance Packet and have a new physical completed in order to begin practice and compete this season.
Please fill out digitally and email them to Athletics@MyGarces.org.
Physicals can be scanned and also emailed to same email address.

All incoming and returning student-athletes are required to have an athletic physical and online consents completed as part of the clearance process. Students will not be allowed to participate until ALL forms have been submitted & cleared.
