Learning Center Monitor
Job Title: Learning Center Monitor
Supervisor: Principal
Job Type: Part-Time Hourly
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
The Learning Center Monitor supports students and teachers by assisting in the delivery of basic technology support, supervising learning center activities, and providing a positive and structured learning environment. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a commitment to fostering student success through schoolwide policies.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with high school students in an educational or tutoring setting is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and students.
• Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for supporting student learning.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with educational technology.

Daytime Security
Job Title: Daytime Security
Reports to: Dean of Students
Compensation: $18/hour
Daytime security personnel report directly to the Dean of Students, and are responsible for the overall security of the Garces Memorial High School (GMHS) campus to ensure the safety of students, faculty, and staff, and the protection of school property.

Part-Time Drama Director

Position Overview
The Part-Time Drama Director is responsible for leading all artistic, creative, and organizational aspects of a spring musical production. This role includes casting, directing rehearsals, collaborating with production staff, and ensuring a high-quality performance experience for participants and audiences. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, organized, and inspiring leader with experience in musical theatre and youth or community-based productions.
Qualifications
• Experience directing musical theatre productions (school, community, or professional).
• Knowledge of theatre production processes (blocking, character development, stagecraft).
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with artistic and technical staff.
• Experience working with youth.
• Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment.
