Assistant Principal of Curriculum and Instruction

Under the direction of the principal, serves as an educational leader of the school. Supervises, and promotes the professional development of faculty and academic staff personnel. Organizes and implements the professional development program, Ensures integration of technology into instruction, curriculum programs, and academic progress. Facilitates the work of the Professional Learning Community to provide data driven curriculum and instruction.

Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a dependable Accounting Clerk to support our daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks, strong attention to detail, and a basic understanding of accounting principles. Responsibilities include data entry, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, payroll, and general clerical support for the accounting department.

Qualifications

  High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred)
 
1–2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
  Proficient in QuickBooks
 
Basic understanding of accounting principles
  Strong attention to detail and accuracy
 
Good organizational and time management skills
  Proficient in Microsoft Excel
 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Daytime Security


Job Title:
 Daytime Security
Reports to: Dean of Students
Compensation: $18/hour

Daytime security personnel report directly to the Dean of Students, and are responsible for the overall security of the Garces Memorial High School (GMHS) campus to ensure the safety of students, faculty, and staff, and the protection of school property.

Job Summary: Garces Memorial High School is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Boys Tennis Coach to lead our high school tennis program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to developing student-athletes in their athletic performance, academic success, and personal character, while upholding the values of our Catholic institution. This position includes organizing training sessions, preparing athletes for competition, teaching proper technique, and fostering sportsmanship and discipline.
