Athletic Clearance Packet
All students planning to participate in athletics during the 2020-2021 school year must complete the Athletic Clearance Packet and sign and return the "Return To Play Waiver" before they are allowed to begin practicing. This packet must be completed along with a current physical on file at Garces. All coaches have received new guidelines for the new protocols for returning to practices. These protocols include facility sanitation requirements, face covering, social distancing guidelines and health screenings. Students will be required to complete a "Daily Health Screening" questionnaire before each practice.

Forms must be returned directly to your counselor no later than Friday, January 29, 2021-no exceptions. See form for more information.

Student Community Service Program 
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the unknowns of the virus, we have decided not to require service hours for the upcoming school year. Instead, we will plan school wide service projects throughout the year, if safe and allowed.
