As the regular season begins to wind-down for fall sports, our student-athletes are rising to the occasion.
We had senior night for our wonderful water polo seniors last week to celebrate everything they do for our campus. Today, we honor the seven seniors on the girls tennis team against Centennial. The senior ceremony will begin at 3:15 p.m. on the tennis courts.
On Thursday, the five seniors on the volleyball team will be honored with a ceremony that will begin right after the JV match against Centennial.

Note: Cross country did not compete last week with the meet in Santa Clarita on Saturday postponed due to the fires in the region.
FOOTBALL: J.J. Uphold, junior: Was a force on both sides of the ball, playing just his second game at tackle on offense, also had five tackles on defense.
GIRLS GOLF: Juliana Escobedo, junior: Continues to excel as one of the top-two golfers in Kern County. Tied for second last week at SWYL tournament with a round of 75.
GIRLS TENNIS: Kylee Limpias, freshman: As the No. 3 singles player, is undefeated in league play heading into the final three matches of the regular season.
VOLLEYBALL: Ali Adkins, senior: A constant leader for the Rams. Helped lead the team to the first set victory over undefeated Stockdale last week in league play.
BOYS WATER POLO: Joe Starr, senior: Scored 32 goals in six total games last week in league play and in tournament action in Sacramento.
GIRLS WATER POLO: Isabella Garcia, junior: Scored five goals for the Rams in the third place game at Western States over Ripon as Rams went 3-1 in tournament play in Modesto.
